Enter Rox. Database Download AnticheatAfter three successful years of service, 1fx Anticheat unfortunately ceased to exist in 2018, The discontinuation was not due to its lack of effectiveness, but rather the decision of the developer not to continue its development and support.
Now, 5 years later, Rox Anticheat was born. An improved version of 1fx Anticheat, addressing known exploits and vulnerabilities. Just like 1fx's Anticheat, what Rox Anticheat sets itself apart is its commitment to a balanced approach - it allows certain mods instead of blanket blocking, and it carefully whitelists approved files instead of an overly restrictive approach used by other anticheat solutions.

- Added a new a new HUD for a fresh modern look (Toggleable with the cvar cg_rpmhud 2 )
- Added a new "cg_drawlocname" cvar, which displays your current location under the radar.
- Updated the respawn text to a more modern design.
- Added a new Head Admin lvl for SoF2+ , The correct admin levels are now displayed on the scoreboard.
- Fixed an issue where weapon icons sometimes wouldn’t show up they’re now preloaded.
- Implemented a new buy system for the CSINF gametype, allowing players to select weapons through a menu.
- Added a "pickup notification" in H&S mode when you pick up an item or weapon, a notification now appears on-screen.
- Weapons, grenades, and items dropped in H&S will now float and be properly marked. Special weapons will feature an "underglow effect".
- Changed killfeed system weapon icons are now displayed between player names (e.g., Player [weapon icon] Player2).
- Flags have been added to the clean scoreboard setting, showing each player’s country flag.
- Developers can now send messages using the new "accp" command (e.g., `trap_SendServerCommand(ent - g_entities, va("accp 5000 \" message) The message duration is customizable, with a max of 10ms.
- Improved how bullet shells eject making them look slightly better
- Stopping fire now produces a subtle muzzle smoke effect.
- The weapon icon on the scoreboard has been slightly rescaled for better visibility.
- The clean scoreboard now matches the 2K3 style.
- Chat messages now display smoother with a fade-in effect
- AC will now auto-download the "roxac.pk3" file from the AC website if it doesn't exist. This file is used for custom weapon icons and the HUD.
- Added a new AC logo
- Enhanced the gore effects slightly, making the blood more visible and intense
- Added an "X" marker on the radar to indicate when a teammate is killed.
- Added an "improved graphics" option, enabled with the cvar "ac_hqgraphics 1" followed by "vid_restart".
- Changed the team scoreboard colors, it looks much better now.
- Fixed auto demo recording not writing information to the info.txt file.
- Added demo properties, which now include player name, team name, date, and demo duration.
- Fixed a crash related to thread handling.
- Added cg_msglog cvar to enable full logging in the killfeed.
- Added cg_hidecountry cvar – lets you hide country flags from the scoreboard if you don’t want to see them.
